Just a Thought

Academic Studies, Web 2.0  Screenshot: Visual ViewportOn Monday I finished work on the final projects and papers for the Spring '07 academic term at FSU. This concluded about two-weeks straight of "nothing but schoolwork" focus... or so it seemed. The process of setting-up this new blog (doing something completely of my own choosing) has been cathartic -- even though I know that I have final exams later this week.

Web 2.0 I've been studying Web 2.0 "social networking" -- blogs (web logs), content aggregation, free tagging, etc. -- for a full academic year now, and so I decided it's well past time for me to start my own. This online journaling activity will provide an outlet for me to document my thoughts on various topics that interest me. I'm sure some entries will be of little interest to anyone except me. On the other hand, hopefully at least a few of these postings will be interesting and helpful to those of you who stop by to read the D-Blog.
